Welcome to the B. Mitzvah Journey at TST.  This parents-only session is the first B. Mitzvah Journey Program of our year, a meeting for all parents of 6th graders in our program.  First and foremost:  Mazel tov on reaching this stage of your family's journey in Jewish life!  

During this 6th grade year, we will invite you and your 6th grader to a series of programs and workshops in parallel/connection to our 6th grade learning program at TST.  Our intention is to focus on both the values connected to celebrating B. Mitzvah and to the specific details of how we align these values with the B. Mitzvah experience here in our TST community.

At this parent meeting, we’ll talk about the meaning of celebrating B. Mitzvah, the roadmap from here to your child’s experience on that day, and options for celebration.  We are so looking forward to having this conversation with you—and to working and celebrating with you as well!  Please register below so we know that you will be coming, or contact Karen Edwards [kedwards@shirtikva.org] if you cannot attend so we can be sure to send relevant materials your way.
