Join us for an engaging and insightful series focused on Positive Psychology, where you'll learn simple, research-backed techniques designed to increase happiness and satisfaction. This program, grounded in the science of well-being, offers practical tools that anyone can apply in daily life to foster personal growth and deeper fulfillment.

Each session of the program will explore a unique aspect of Positive Psychology. From cultivating gratitude to strengthening your relationships, you’ll engage in hands-on activities and discussions that focus on enhancing your overall happiness. Attend one or all of the session; sessions have been scheduled to accommodate AISH parents (drop off your kids, and come to a class!)

November 3: Building Positive Relationships: Did you know that strong, positive relationships are important to your emotional AND physical well-being? The workshop will also emphasize the importance of building and nurturing positive relationships. Through guided exercises, you will learn how fostering meaningful connections with others can improve your sense of belonging and emotional well-being.

December 8: Character Strengths: We’ll explore the concept of character strengths, considering how recognizing and applying your natural talents can lead to a more purposeful and fulfilling life.

Event is being held at the Chickami Lodge, which is adjacent to TST.  If you have mobility issues, parking is available next to the Lodge.  Drive through the Chickami parking lot (just beyond the TST entrance) and turn left at the end of the road; follow the road to the Lodge.
