Mussar is a Jewish path of spiritual development that leads to awareness, wisdom, and transformation. This course will explore 6 different character traits/middot.
We will discover how Judaism understands Humility, Anger, Gratitude, Trust, Honor, and Alacrity. As we explore these middot, we will begin to evolve a better understanding of our true nature and acquire tools that can help us break through barriers that have prevented us from becoming our best selves.
