Back by popular demand! Come for another engaging session on how to prevent falls. Join TST Member Adam Poock of Adam Poock Longevity Health in Dedham, MA for this experiential workshop sharing his problem-solving approach to avert fall risk and help keep you mobile and healthy.
Adam, a graduate of Boston University Sargent College, has worked in the field of anti-aging/prevention for 30 years and he has plenty to say. Adam’s premise - developed over decades of experience and teaching - it that falls materialize secondary to development of MANY (hundreds!) of tiny muscular sensory-motor “blind spots” accumulating over time throughout your musculature. These muscular blind spots (from shins to forearms to tush) are the root danger behind falling – we just need to know what to do about them!
Adam will treat attendees in real time, revealing their muscular blind spots, showing how to RESTORE micro-mobility, optimize posture, and improve balance quickly. This session will be offered three times, limited to groups of 8 people per session. Please sign up for ONE of the sessions below.
