10:00 AM - 11:30 AMSocial Hall A

A 90 Minute Experiential Event On Tiny Daily Habits Giving Huge Protection for Your High Mobility Lifestyle Sponsored by the TST Center for Jewish Positive Psychology.

TST welcomes Temple member Adam Poock of Adam Poock Longevity Health in Dedham, MA for this experiential workshop (no lecturing!) sharing his problem-solving approach to avert fall risk and defend your mobility and health.

Adam, a graduate of Boston University Sargent College, has worked in the field of anti-aging/prevention for 30 years and he has plenty to say.  Adam’s premise - developed over decades of experience and teaching - it that falls materialize secondary to development of MANY (hundreds!) of tiny muscular sensory-motor “blind spots” accumulating over time throughout your musculature. These muscular blind spots (from shins to forearms to tush) are the root danger behind falling – we just need to know what to do about them!

Working in an open case-study format, Adam will treat attendees in real time, revealing their muscular blind spots, showing how to RESTORE micro-mobility, optimize posture, and improve balance quickly.  The workshop will include safe, simple habits which attendees can put into action right away.  You will learn:

  • How to find the unseen muscular phenomena that lead us closer to falling
  • How to use the power of TOUCH to diffuse your muscular blind spots to restore mobility
  • Indispensable fall-preventing methods of mobility-training, tying together the critical connections between your fingers (yes fingers), your core and your hips

Get educated, get safe, and get on to the free, fulfilling life you want!
