For many, the High Holidays arrive each year with the promise of awe and renewal, yet too often leave us feeling disconnected, uninspired, or unsure how the prayers and traditions relate to our lives today. Whether you are new to the experience or have celebrated these days for decades, this course offers a way to break free from routine and rediscover the depth, beauty, and transformative power of the High Holidays. Through 7-10 minutes of guided daily practice, reflection, and insight, you’ll learn to engage with the Holidays in a way that feels personal, relevant, and spiritually alive—so that this sacred season truly becomes a turning point in your year.
The course will be using the book “60 Days: A Spiritual Guide to the High Holidays” – By Rabbi Simon Jacobson.
